Your satisfaction is very important to us. We offer a 14-day return policy on all products EXCEPT food and drink items. If you are not satisfied with your equipment, cooler or clothing item, we will review your return request and advise when your request is approved. A restocking fee will apply to all approved returns and % will be based on item request. Approved returns of these items must be in original packaging and in new condition. Special orders, custom products, and all powder and liquid drink mixes are NOT returnable.
